I had the entire Drummond library to set up in for my visit. The library is located directly across the street from the school so it was convenient for the students and for me. The librarian and the teachers remembered the Art Mobile but it had been years since they had a visit. I felt very welcome there. The librarian had pulled out all of the books she had on art and put them on display around the library. It was very cool. The students were all excited and curious about what was in the exhibition. The older students had a fantastic art teacher and they really enjoyed art and talking about it. They had great comments and questions about some of the work. A few of them pointed things out that I would never had noticed on my own. The kindergarteners also came through and were impressed by the art! They couldn't stop oooohing and ahhhing. Just as I was impressed with the hand-painted street signs!
